She had demonstrated success in hands-on operations and management of cross-functional teams to improve operations efficiency, optimise resource and flexibility to achieve TOC and ROI in the multi-cultural environments. She has also been extensively involved in engagements of Business Start-Up, Setup and Establishment of Company’s Division/Department, Process Re-engineering, Business Modelling, Operational Framework and Best Practices, et al.

Vivien holds an Honours Degree in Economics specializing in Statistics and Monetary from National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia.

Kimmy has more than 20 years’ experience in market research and analytics. She is grounded in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Aside from expertise in research and analytics, Kimmy is also very much engaged in implementation of marketing activities during her tenure in the corporate sector. Her experience covers Pay-TV, Insurance, Consultancy, and Telecommunications. At Astro, she was well exposed to media and advertising where she led the Research team. She was exposed to insurance product marketing, specializing in data mining, consumer profiling, competitor analysis and CRM Analytics at Great Eastern, which then she moved on to Nielsen Malaysia, a leading global research, information and measurement organisation to provide market research, data and analysis services. At Digi Telecommunications, she managed the SME customer database management for renewal and revenue stimulation programs. She also led business process improvements, working across stakeholders in the organization.

With her vast experience, Kimmy strongly believes in customizing solutions for clients that will deliver necessary and actionable results. She has recently developed a Trialist Panel for clients to seek out new users and increase their market share.
